What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the home-valuation or buyer form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address, and your answers about timing and goals. Calling, texting, or emailing shares whatever you include.

Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type. Embedded tools from our brokerage platform (BoldTrail, on the home-search and instant-valuation sections) may also set cookies when you use them.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare valuations or property information you asked for, and follow up about your sale or search. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else is involved

Form submissions are processed via Google Forms and delivered to Chris. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Home-search and instant-valuation widgets are provided by BoldTrail through TNT Realty NJ. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. Your information may be shared with TNT Realty NJ as required to provide brokerage services or to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can browse this site without submitting any form. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email chris@poncehomesnj.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention & security

Lead information is kept while relevant to your inquiry or as required for real estate record-keeping, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
