Who I am
I built Ponce Homes around one promise. Straight answers.
I am Chris Ponce, a licensed New Jersey real estate agent. Ponce Homes is my brand, and the idea behind it is simple. People deserve an agent who treats their home like it matters, knows the local market cold, and tells them the truth even when it is not the easy thing to say.
I go deepest in the towns I know best, North Brunswick, East Brunswick, New Brunswick, South Brunswick and Edison, but I help buyers and sellers across North and Central New Jersey. Wherever you are, when you ask me about a street, a school or a commute, you get a real answer, and if I am ever not the right fit, I will say so and point you to someone who is.
Whether you are selling the home you raised a family in or buying your very first place, you get the same thing from me. Honest numbers, clear communication, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
